Enys Surveying Ltd offer independent, small-scale, residential building surveying and conservation services in west Cornwall, focussing mainly on historic and listed buildings.

There are broadly two types of surveyor; smart surveyors and scruffy surveyors. Enys Surveying Ltd falls into the latter category with every effort made to crawl into voids and get dirty to do the best job possible.
